Vaun Earl Norman, born in 1966 in the northeast of England, grew up in a working-class neighborhood close to Middlesbrough. In 2007, his life took a drastic turn when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Over the next five years, he underwent numerous treatments—including surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy—resulting in long-lasting disabilities. Defying the odds, Vaun triumphed over cancer and made a significant decision to return to his roots in acting and comedy later in life.
Vaun gained recognition as a regular performer on the cult television show "Vic and Bob's Big Night Out," showcasing his unique comedic talents. He has also made appearances in various other television programs, further solidifying his place in the entertainment industry. As of 2022, Vaun resides near YARM, where he continues to write comedy and perform live, sharing his experiences and humor with audiences.
