Originally from Newburgh, Indiana, Tubbs grew up in San Jose, California. To further hone her skills, she studied under the esteemed acting coach Ivana Chubbuck at her Hollywood studio.
Tubbs made her mark in the entertainment industry with notable appearances in popular television series, including "Stranger Things," "Into the Badlands," and "Ozark." Her impressive body of work also features significant roles in acclaimed productions such as "The Walking Dead," where she portrayed Margo, as well as "Cobra Kai," where she played Nurse Patricia, and "P-Valley," taking on the role of Tripp's Mama.
