Amy Conachan
Amy Conachan is a talented stage and television actress known for her impactful performances and unique perspective. A graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where she earned a BA in Acting in 2015, Amy has built an impressive body of work in both theater and television. Her stage credits include notable productions such as "Coriolanus," "The Hypochondriac," and "13," all of which were staged at her alma mater. Additionally, she has appeared in "Skeleton Wumman" as part of the Play, a Pie and a Pint series, and "Blood Wedding" with Graeae, a company renowned for its commitment to inclusive theater. One of her standout performances was in "Redefining Juliet" at the Barbican, part of the Open Lab initiative, which showcases innovative and diverse storytelling.
Beyond her artistic contributions, Amy is also an advocate for visibility and representation in the arts. Living with a rare spinal condition that affects her mobility, she describes her legs as “really small” and notes that her spinal cord “doesn't go all the way down,” necessitating the use of a wheelchair.
