Raaj Kumar, originally named Kulbhushan Pandit, was born in Loralai, Baluchistan, British India (now part of Balochistan, Pakistan). Before making his mark in the film industry, he served as a sub-inspector with the Bombay Police. His cinematic journey began with the film *Rangeeli* in 1952, marking the start of a remarkable career.
Over the years, Raaj Kumar became renowned for his compelling performances and distinctive acting style. He starred in several iconic films that have left a lasting impact on Indian cinema.
