Joanne Lamstein was born in New York and adopted shortly after her birth, growing up in Northern New Jersey, near the vibrant New York City. From a young age, she demonstrated impressive athletic abilities, often showcasing her gymnastic skills in daring performances atop her family’s roof, which understandably alarmed her parents. In high school, her athletic prowess earned her recognition as a state-ranked competitor in track and field.

Joanne pursued higher education at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where she studied Marine Science and Physics. However, her passion led her in a different direction when she chose to embark on a career as a stunt performer. This decision marked a significant turning point in her life, allowing her to blend her athletic skills with the thrilling world of film and television.

Throughout her career, Joanne has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry, known for her versatility and fearlessness in executing stunts.
