David Holmes, born on January 1, 1981, is a notable British podcast host and former stuntman, renowned for serving as Daniel Radcliffe's stunt double in the first six installments of the beloved Harry Potter film series. His career took a drastic turn in January 2009 during a test shoot for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, when he suffered a spinal injury that left him paralyzed and reliant on a wheelchair.
In the wake of this life-altering event, Holmes demonstrated remarkable resilience by pursuing a passion for automobile racing, adapting his vehicle with hand controls to suit his needs. Alongside two fellow friends who also faced paralysis, he co-founded Ripple Productions.
