Emem Inwang
Emem Inwang gained significant recognition after being crowned the Calabar Carnival Queen for the 2011/2012 season on December 23, 2011, an event backed by First Bank of Nigeria. This victory opened doors for her ambassadorial career, as she was appointed Calabar’s Tourism Ambassador and became the spokesperson for the initiative Mothers Against Child Abandonment, championed by Obioma Liyel-Imoke, the former First Lady of Cross River State.
In addition to her ambassadorial duties, Emem has made a mark in the Nigerian film industry, venturing into acting where she has featured in a variety of Nollywood films. Her performances have contributed to her growing popularity and established her as a versatile talent in the entertainment sector.
