Sean Conroy

Sean Conroy is a seasoned performer with a rich background in improvisational comedy, having trained under notable figures such as Armando Diaz and Kevin Mullaney, along with all members of the Upright Citizens Brigade. His stand-up comedy has graced prominent platforms including "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," Comedy Central's "Premium Blend," and NBC's "Late Friday." In 2001, his acclaimed one-man show, "Taught," earned a spot at the prestigious HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival held in Aspen, Colorado.

Conroy's writing credits include contributions to Comedy Central's "Shorties Watching Shorties" and "Crossballs," showcasing his versatility in comedy. His on-screen presence has been notable in feature films like "Happy Hour," "Martin and Orloff," "The Untitled Onion Sketch Movie," and "Blackballed: The Bobby Dukes Story." He has also toured nationally with the improvisational group Chicago City Limits and performed as a mainstage player in their Off-Broadway production.

As a founding member of the longform improv ensemble The Swarm, Conroy has helped shape the improv landscape. Since March 2008, he has continued to captivate audiences with his performances in "ASSSSCAT," held every Saturday and Sunday, further solidifying his reputation in the comedy community.
