Yolanda McClary

Yolanda McClary, originally named Yolanda Anna Gonzalez, is a distinguished former crime scene investigator who gained prominence as a star on TNT's investigative series, Cold Justice, alongside Kelly Siegler during its initial three seasons. In addition to her work on Cold Justice, she has made appearances on several other true crime programs, including Cold Justice: The Odds (2017), The Jane Doe Murders (2021), and The DNA of Murder with Paul Holes (2019).

Her expertise and experiences served as an inspiration for the character played by Marg Helgenberger in the acclaimed series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, showcasing her influence on popular culture.

McClary dedicated 26 years to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, with a substantial 16 years spent in the crime lab. Throughout her extensive career, she has meticulously investigated over 7,000 crime scenes. In the final two years of her tenure, McClary focused exclusively on complex cases, aiming not only to apprehend suspects but also to establish connections between various crimes for effective prosecution. Her collaborative efforts involved working with multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Henderson Police Department, and North Las Vegas Police Department, solidifying her legacy in the field of criminal justice.
