ROSÉ

Roseanne Park, popularly known as ROSÉ (로제), was born on February 11, 1997, in New Zealand and later raised in Australia. She embarked on her musical journey after auditioning for YG Entertainment in 2012, ultimately joining the company and spending four years honing her skills. ROSÉ made her official debut with the internationally acclaimed girl group Blackpink in August 2016, quickly rising to fame.

In March 2021, ROSÉ took a significant step in her career by launching her solo venture with the single album titled R. The album's lead track, "On the Ground," achieved remarkable success, reaching the top five in South Korea and becoming the highest-charting song by a Korean female solo artist on the US Billboard Hot 100, as well as in Australia and the UK. It notably topped the Billboard Global 200, making history as the first Korean solo artist to do so, and her music video for "On the Ground" garnered a record-breaking number of views within the first 24 hours, earning her two Guinness World Records. The second single, "Gone," also found a place in the top ten charts in South Korea.

In 2024, ROSÉ signed with The Black Label for management, further expanding her artistic reach. Recognized for her influence in fashion, she serves as a global ambassador for Yves Saint Laurent and made history as the first female Korean idol to attend the prestigious Met Gala in 2021.
