The Hansen siblings find themselves in a tight spot. Adam and his friend Duffy score tickets to the Headless Horseman concert, while Chelsea looks forward to a date with her charming boyfriend Peter. However, being grounded puts a damper on their plans. Determined to free their mom, Lynette, for the night, Chelsea and Adam concoct a scheme involving a mysterious stranger. Just when it seems everything is falling into place, their little brother Taylor uncovers a shocking secret: this enigmatic man might actually be a vampire, complicating their evening in unexpected ways.
