Jen and her friends embark on an adventurous hike along the Appalachian Trail, but their journey takes a dangerous turn when they ignore warnings and veer off the designated path. They unwittingly enter the territory of The Foundation, a secluded group of mountain residents fiercely protective of their lifestyle. As the hikers confront the chilling reality of their misstep, they must fight to survive against the lethal tactics employed by this hidden community.
