Fifteen years ago, Edwin's dream of spreading joy at clown camp ended in tragedy when his humiliation led him to slaughter his fellow campers. Now a notorious legend, he resurfaces as old man Bonzo reopens the camp, attracting a new group of unsuspecting clowns. As their dedicated instructor, Sgt. Funnybone (Miguel Martinez), is found lifeless in a gruesome scene of cream pie and blood, the clowns must shift from comedy to survival. Edwin's reign of terror begins anew as he gruesomely dispatches the clowns, all while reveling in his own dark humor.
