Ricky Caldwell, infamous for his 'Killer Santa Claus' persona, stirs from a six-year coma, thanks to a deranged doctor obsessed with ESP experiments. Once awake, Ricky sets his sights on Laura, a blind woman with clairvoyant abilities, as she journeys to her grandmother’s house with her brother Chris and his girlfriend Jerri for Christmas Eve. As they make their way through the holiday, Ricky embarks on a deadly rampage, leaving a gruesome path behind him, determined to claim Laura as his next target.
