At Saisei Security’s secretive research facility, scientist MALI resurrects mercenaries who perished in battle, transforming them into deadly ZOMBIE NINJAS. These ferocious warriors, led by a ruthless commander (Soa 'The Hulk' Palelei), wreak havoc in a high-rise filled with unsuspecting civilians, including former operative DILLON (Adam T Perkins). As a black ops team is dispatched to confront this new threat, they quickly realize the severity of the situation.
