Sando Kid, a pacifist medic during the Civil War, is forever changed after witnessing the brutal execution of unarmed soldiers by Yankee captain Grayton. With newfound resolve and the assistance of a friend, he learns to wield a gun and joins the rangers to combat bandits. Fate brings him face-to-face with Grayton again, who has transformed into a merciless businessman intent on seizing farmers' lands. Sando finds an unexpected ally in Dollar, a formidable bounty hunter with a penchant for a necklace of teeth, who proves indispensable in their showdown against Grayton and his formidable henchmen.
