Dr. Georges Federmann's office is truly unique. This psychiatrist, authorized by the DDASS to assess foreign patients, sees both French clients and asylum seekers. For some, medical assistance is their last chance to remain in the country, while for others, it provides vital support to keep their will to live alive. Patients come from nearby neighborhoods, neighboring villages, or even distant continents, all gathering here to share their personal stories.
