Frank Fogle, freshly bereaved, sets off to Ireland to fulfill his late wife’s last wish of having her ashes scattered. His estranged son, Sean, recently out of prison, reluctantly accompanies him, insisting it will be their final encounter. As they travel, secrets about Frank’s wife’s past emerge, complicating their journey. A lively hitchhiker with her own agenda further disrupts their plans. Amidst the revelations and unexpected connections, Frank and Sean begin to confront their fractured relationship, discovering a path toward healing and understanding during this transformative trip.
