A stolen nuclear guidance system threatens global security, prompting CIA Agent Mark Graver (Lorenzo Lamas) to spring into action. Once leading a peaceful life, he now faces the daunting task of reclaiming the device from a rogue ex-CIA operative intent on selling it to the highest bidder. To achieve this, Graver reluctantly allies with Alexa (Kathleen Kinmont), a former terrorist with her own agenda. Together, they must navigate a perilous world of treachery, racing against time to thwart the plans of the ruthless Franz Kluge (John Savage) before chaos ensues.
