Set against the gritty backdrop of 1980s Hong Kong, Chan Lok-kwun, a refugee from the mainland, navigates life in the infamous Kowloon Walled City. Desperate for survival, he enters the brutal world of underground fighting. After being double-crossed by the ruthless crime boss Mr. Big while attempting to acquire a fake ID, Chan steals drugs from him and finds sanctuary within the Walled City. There, he meets Cyclone, a powerful crime lord who balances authority with compassion, offering Chan a glimpse of hope amid the chaos of his surroundings.
