The Mail Pilot (1933)

Mickey, the mail pilot, receives a valuable chest of money to deliver. As he navigates through harsh weather conditions of rain and snow, his greatest challenge comes from Pete, who is armed with a machine gun and a harpoon cannon mounted on his plane. Mickey's aircraft soon suffers damage, losing its wings and propeller to Pete's relentless attacks. However, he thinks on his feet, crafting a makeshift helicopter blade using a clothes-drying rack. When that fails, he ingeniously swaps it out for a propeller from a nearby windmill.
