In a grim future, the government oversees a brutal cross-country competition known as the Death Race, where contestants earn points by running over unsuspecting pedestrians. Five teams, each consisting of a male and female driver, navigate the deadly course in weaponized vehicles. Among the racers is Frankenstein, the enigmatic reigning champion adored by the public. However, this time, he carries a passenger from the underground resistance, adding a new layer of tension to the already perilous race as they challenge the oppressive regime that sponsors the violence.
