Ward's wife is universally disliked, and her husband is no exception, secretly wishing for her demise. When his friends’ jokes about killing her accidentally manifest into a real crime, chaos ensues. Faced with the daunting task of getting rid of the body, they scramble to navigate the fallout while trying to maintain their normal lives, including making it to their scheduled 3 p.m. golf game. The situation spirals hilariously out of control as they realize that their lighthearted banter has crossed a perilous line.
