Walker Kennedy and his wife Col enjoy a blissful life as a childless couple in their suburban paradise. Their tranquility shatters when a pristine piece of their neighborhood transforms into a construction site for a stunning house designed by the charismatic architect Kim, who briefly entangles with Col. Despite its initial allure, each new family that moves in faces turmoil, often departing in chaos. When Kim and his wife become the latest occupants, Col, convinced that Kim's creations bring misfortune, believes it's time to confront him once and for all, setting the stage for an inevitable clash.
