Serena Rapper receives an unusual prophecy: a prodigy has emerged within her family. Discovering a drawing by Ricky, she becomes convinced he is the reincarnation of Vincent Van Gogh. Eager to prove her theory, she takes his artwork to the Art Museum's curator. Meanwhile, a sketch of a Van Gogh painting surfaces in Finland, triggering a thrilling sequence of events. Ultimately, it's the Art Museum's janitor, an enthusiastic amateur sleuth, who aids Ricky and Nelly in unraveling the mystery surrounding their artistic legacy.
