Rishi, an Intelligence Bureau inspector known as 'Mirapakaay', is assigned to investigate mafia don Kittu Bhai's expansion into India, beginning with Delhi. After a local ACP is murdered by Shankar, a ruthless goon, Rishi goes undercover as a Hindi lecturer in Hyderabad. There, he unexpectedly falls for Vinamra, a student in his class. As their romance flourishes, Kittu Bhai's daughter, Vaishali, also enrolls at the college. Rishi is tasked with gathering intel on Kittu through her, complicating his personal and professional life as he navigates love and danger.
