Set in 2001, Centinel City is overrun by criminals, leaving the police powerless and citizens in fear. Amidst the chaos, the Techno Police, a specialized anti-crime unit, struggle to regain control until they enlist a sharp-witted newcomer with a talent for outsmarting lawbreakers.
