In search of a new beginning, Charlotte and her husband, Joel, leave the hustle and bustle of city life behind for the tranquility of the suburbs, where they stumble upon an amazing bargain on a stunning home. However, things take a dark turn as they discover their new abode is infamous as “the murder house.” As Charlotte uncovers unsettling clues left by the previous occupant before her untimely death, she starts to suspect that some of their neighbors may have been aware of the house’s grim past and are hiding the truth.
