Clark Kent and Lois Lane visit the sleepy town of Silsby to cover the drilling of the world’s deepest oil well. However, the drilling disturbs the subterranean habitat of a mysterious race of small, furry beings who emerge at night, glowing ominously. Alarmed residents, led by the ruthless Luke Benson, rally together, fueled by fear and a desire to eliminate the perceived threat. With tensions escalating, it’s up to Superman to intervene and prevent violence against these misunderstood creatures before it’s too late.
