After a heated argument, Cassie Osborne decides to escape with her daughter, Samantha, to her sister's house. However, their journey takes a dark turn when they never arrive. Concerned for their safety, David, Cassie's husband, begins a frantic search, prompting her sister, Joanne, to suspect foul play and notify the authorities. Unbeknownst to them, Cassie and Samantha are with the peculiar Roy and Georgina Scudder, who picked them up after their car broke down. As Cassie quickly realizes the Scudders' unsettling intentions, she finds herself trapped with no way to reach out for help.
