Murder suspect Yeo-hoon arrives at the emergency room, unconscious from a gunshot wound. Meanwhile, Tae-jun, the attending physician, faces a personal crisis when a kidnapper invades his home and abducts his wife. The assailant demands Yeo-hoon be delivered to him in exchange for her safe return. With the clock ticking and police on the scene, Tae-jun must navigate a perilous situation, balancing the urgency to save his patient while evading law enforcement to ensure his wife’s safety. Tension escalates as he races against time to fulfill the kidnapper's demands.
