FBI agent Jeff Douglas narrowly escapes a deadly ambush while transporting drug lord Raymond Manta from a Mexican prison, only to find himself ensnared by the ruthless White Hand cartel. Misled into believing his family is alive but held captive, he becomes a reluctant courier for Manta and his associates, including Helmut Vitch and Milt Kowalski. Following a near-fatal car bombing in Las Vegas, Jeff discovers the grim truth about his family's fate.
