Gina Norris, a skilled hairdresser, moves from Chicago to Atlanta with her daughter, swiftly making a name for herself in the local salon scene. Frustrated by her unscrupulous and flamboyant boss, Jorge, she decides to open her own shop, luring away some of Jorge's staff and clients in the process. As Gina's salon gains popularity, Jorge becomes increasingly ruthless, determined to sabotage her success.
