In "The Fly," industrialist François Delambre receives a distressing midnight call from his sister-in-law, Helene, who confesses to accidentally murdering her husband, André. Initially hesitant, Helene reveals to the authorities that André had created an innovative matter transportation device. Tragically, during one of his self-experiments, a fly infiltrated the chamber, leading to a horrific transformation. This incident sets off a chain of events that unravels the dark consequences of André's groundbreaking invention and the tragedy that ensues from the fusion of man and insect.
