A hapless film crew embarks on a project to create a low-budget horror flick in an eerie, abandoned orphanage. As they navigate the unsettling surroundings, they stumble upon a horrifying truth: a twisted family of sadistic killers has taken control of their production. With their lives at stake and the line between fiction and reality blurring, the crew must confront the terrifying situation they've unwittingly become part of. As the night unfolds, survival becomes their only script.
