Inheriting a sprawling country estate from his deceased father, Peter decides to reconnect with his college friends after a decade apart. He hosts a reunion, inviting the married duo Roger and Mary, the solitary Maggie, stylish Sarah, and aspiring writer Andrew, who arrives with his glamorous American actress wife, Carol. Sarah’s new partner, Brian, also joins the gathering. As they reminisce, the friends confront the stark differences in their lives, revealing how much they've changed since their carefree college days.
