R. appeared to be the epitome of happiness to those around her. A thirty-something woman from Brno, she relocated to Sweden with her Slovak husband, psychiatrist Ivan. They settled into their new life, buying a home and raising two children, which seemed to promise a stable future. Seeking an escape from monotony, R. adopted an unusual hobby: crafting a male alter-ego and writing novels for LGBTQ+ readers. However, beneath the surface, she grappled with emptiness. As her journey unfolded, R. transformed into Marvin, fully embracing her identity as a man.
