Veteran detective Laozhou believes it’s linked to a long-unsolved string of murders targeting prostitutes. As Xingmin delves deeper, she grapples with deeply rooted biases stemming from her traumatic past, which complicate her pursuit. Strikingly, she feels an unsettling connection to the killer.
