Igor, a hotel manager entangled in corruption, faces a chaotic race against time. With just two hours to stash his ill-gotten gains, he must deftly mislead a Party auditor who is sniffing around for trouble. Adding to his woes, his unruly brother-in-law unexpectedly shows up, bringing with him a stench of rotten herring that threatens to expose Igor's secrets.
