In "Hot Rod" (2007), Rod Kimble lives for adrenaline-fueled stunts, despite his knack for mishaps. Sadly, he struggles to earn the respect of his stepfather, Frank, who regularly bests him in their sparring sessions. When Frank's health takes a turn for the worse, Rod hatches a wild plan to fund Frank's surgery with an epic stunt. His goal: to prove himself and finally get the chance to confront Frank in a showdown.
