An inmate breaks free during a riot in a grim underground prison. A year later, a group of friends embarks on a quest to find a long-forgotten hermit's shack. However, their adventure takes a terrifying turn when they inadvertently awaken a malevolent force tied to the escaped prisoner. As the darkness emerges, their deepest fears come to life, forcing them to confront the horrors that lurk not only in the shadows but within themselves. The friends must unite to survive the nightmare they've unleashed.
