In the midst of the chilling killer clown phenomenon of 2016, Dr. Ellen Marks teams up with journalist John Parker to uncover its origins, leading them to one of her patients: the charming yet dangerous serial killer Carl Cane. Utilizing his dark clown imagery, Cane aims to rally a following of the marginalized and initiate a violent anarchist uprising that could spread worldwide from London. As Halloween approaches, Cane makes a dramatic escape on October 31st, leaving Ellen and John racing against time to prevent him from unleashing chaos and destruction.
