High Desert Kill (1989)

Jim and Brad embark on their annual hunting expedition in the desert, but this trip feels off after the tragic death of their friend Paul, replaced by his nephew Ray. Upon arrival, they find no game, only a rugged local who adds to the tension. Their encounter with two female campers ignites primal instincts, leading to increasingly erratic and aggressive behaviors. The next day, the women vanish without a trace, leaving the men in a disturbing haze of obsession and fear. An unseen force seems to tighten its hold, pushing them toward an inevitable confrontation with their darker selves.
