Dan Foreman, an experienced ad sales executive at a prestigious magazine, faces upheaval when a corporate acquisition leads to him being assigned to young, inexperienced boss Carter Duryea, who is significantly younger. The situation becomes even more complicated when Carter starts dating Dan's daughter, Alex, an 18-year-old college student.
