Ticlaw, a quaint Florida town, boasts only a safari park as its main draw. When the government builds a new freeway nearby, they neglect to include an exit for the town, threatening its economic future. Determined to save their community, the townsfolk, led by their passionate Mayor, embark on a campaign to persuade the governor to revise the plans. Their efforts highlight the importance of local identity and the lengths to which a close-knit community will go to protect their home.
