Spring, a down-on-his-luck individual, is rescued from a vampire attack by a trio of street cleaners. He awakens in a covert government facility concealed within a garbage collection site. To his surprise, Spring learns he possesses a unique immunity to vampire attacks, marking him as an ideal recruit for the clandestine organization known as the Vampire Cleanup Department.
