Set against the backdrop of ancient China's tumultuous Three Kingdoms period, General Cao Cao seeks to unify the fractured land with the help of its mightiest warrior, Guan Yu. However, Guan Yu's unwavering loyalty to Cao Cao's rival, Liu Bei, complicates matters. To bend Guan Yu to his will, Cao Cao kidnaps his cherished Qi Lan.
