As he manipulates the airwaves, his goal is to dominate the minds of the unsuspecting citizens, leaving them voiceless and under his control. Amidst the chaos, a group of determined individuals bands together, seeking to reclaim their freedom and restore their voices in a fight against Mr. TV's oppressive regime.
