Kraa! The Sea Monster (1998)

Evil Lord Doom, ruler of the Dark Planet Proyas, dispatches Kraa, a fearsome sea monster, to Earth in a bid for galactic domination. He deftly disables the Planet Patrol’s space station to thwart their interference. Meanwhile, alien agent Mogyar arrives on Earth with intentions to halt Kraa's rampage. However, a mishap lands him in New Jersey instead of Italy, where scientists could have aided him in crafting a weapon. Embracing his quirky appearance and thick Italian accent, Mogyar teams up with Earthlings to confront the monstrous threat and restore peace.
