Every community has its dark legend, and for Braxton, that legend is Tommy Miller. Once a bullied teenager, he unleashed his fury during the town hall party, murdering friends and family before vanishing into the woods. A decade later, a new generation of teens becomes the target of a cloaked figure, reigniting the town's fears. Detective Ryan Fenton, a survivor of Miller's rampage, teams up with an inexperienced partner to confront this sinister threat.
